The counseling department is happy to announce that we are now ready to begin meeting with all 11th grade students and parents! During this important meeting, students will request their courses for next year while counselors review progress towards meeting graduation requirements.

This year, parents and students are able to schedule your 30-minute appointment ONLINE! All you need to do is visit the Chamblee Charter HS website, click on the 'About Us' tab and then click on 'Counseling Department'. You will then be able to click the link to schedule an appointment with your counselor.  You will receive an email confirmation and a reminder of your appointment time. Parents, be sure to stop at the Attendance Office upon check-in to have your student called out of class to meet you in the Counseling Office.

Appointments require a minimum of two days advance booking and can only be booked for ten days out. So, don't worry if you can't get the desired time right away, more availability will open up every day! Currently, online appointment scheduling is only available for11th and 12th grade students.  The counseling department will roll out availability to other grades during the school year.
