An example of how to correctly address an envelope is in the Counseling Office. Be sure to write your name on the bottom left corner of the envelope so we will know to put your transcript in the envelope. If you don't submit your stamped, addressed envelope, the Counseling Office will not be able to send your final transcript. Thank you for your cooperation!
