Our veterans were treated to a breakfast sponsored by CCHS Blue & Gold Foundation and enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by the CCHS PTSA. During morning announcements, our Veterans names were read and the poem, "The Noble and the Brave" by Joanna Fuchs was recited.Each Veteran also received a copy of the poem in a little gift bag the ROTC cadets put together for them along with special notes from the cadets. In addition, the Blue and Gold newspaper produced a video of interviews with our veterans that can be accessed on their blog. We appreciate our veterans and all that they have done and continue to do.
